Ignatz: Just want to point out that the equation

TSQD = .3 DRIV

does not depend on the % ownership. It's simpler than that. TSQD owns 3.2 million shares of DRIV. Period. Therefore in dollars, TSQD owns, in total,

3.2 million x price of DRIV

There are 10.5 million shares of TSQD. So the dollar amount TSQD owns, per share of TSQD, is

(3.2 million x price of DRIV)/10.5 million

In other words,

(3.2/10.5) x DRIV.

3.2/10.5 is about .3. That's all there is to it.
