Gary, Glenn, et al: What do you think? From TMF. Question: when Baker & Taylor filed 144 to sell 350,000 shares of AMZN, the Yahoo finance site gives their "title" as "beneficial owner of 10% of company" .. If shares outstanding is 49,452,000 - does this mean that B&T owns over 5,000,000 shares pre-sale?? second question: If B&T owned 10%, care to wager a buck on Ingram also owning 10%? I really do not know what this means but previous mssages have assumed that 350,000 was extent of holdings by each distributor....what have I missed?
