The report states that several contracts have be let to take care of the off-fall of wood wastes for some of the big furniture plants in North Carolina and Tennessee! The statement concluded with the total tonnage to be collected from the furniture companies and the value after being transported to power co-generation facilities!
The United Furniture Co-generation Co-op. is to be located in two key locations that are central to the wood scrap and sawdust collection areas. Further, the report stated that existing storage facilities in both states are to be enlarged by the furniture companies them selves - at no charge! All that is asked is that each woodworking plant receive power at a discounted price - based on the btu level generated by the waste itself.
A second report on the y2k problem was mentioned but seems to only relate to making sure book keeping is on line by March 1,1999. This would allow the companies to assess how the tax credit conversions obtained from hazardous wood waste evolving into energy credits. The Title VII reporting is centered around the Y2K calendar modifications. The profit from fuel co-generation would be an immediate first quarter $2.25 per share for this year alone! The expenses are to be carried by the companys mentioned in the Co-generation plant and We would just be a holding company for permits and a transport vehicle for remaining ash. The ash would be sold for adding to agricultural fertilizer. Any overage during the year would be sent to the Peat Processing plant for soil remed. and needs no further permitting.
A waste credit would be given the companies participating and would be the same as added money being generated . Another company, needing a waste credit would be able to buy the new waste energy credits and this would reduce their total hazardous waste inventory. Of course, these moneys are speculative as to volumes and would not be counted until the next year. The earnings from this should bring the second year earnings in the first quarter up another $.45 per share. The total earnings per share is estimated to be $3.25 or more from the co-generation!
With our current & past losses, this should bring the stock price to $40.00 by his time next year.
Just think of the possibilities!
