GC Cima said money no problem for the third party and the filing of 10 q etc. Well we have all been wondering how the company is going to pay for third party etc. I think we now know that some financing of some kind has been obtained.

I personally do not feel that it is neccessary to tell all the shareholders in a release that we will be able to afford third party.

I believe the financing details and anything else will come out in the 10 Q filing along with the announcement of the third party.

After all Coca Cola does not say they have arranged a line of credit for this and that, they just make the announcement when the deal is done and tell the world at that time that this is what we are going to be doing and how we are financing it.

Lots of junior mining companies officers and employees tell shareholders that we are doing this and the money has been taken care of long before any details are announced.

I for one do not think it that big a deal.

Having rambled on above I do sympathize with you and your apparent frustration with the lack of news.
