I didn't place any significance on poster #1's email address, since a) he was Netcom USA; b) Netcom seems to proliferate in CA; c) probably a CAuliflowerian since he was following Herb Greenberg in the SF Gate; d) is a regular SI contributor. Poster #3, in the other hand, was NetcomUK where 56k tests are apparently running, and it was his first post to SI. The question is, is he an in-the-know lurker tossing in his 2 cents, or a wants-to-be-in-the-know lurker (i.e. a nobody) tossing in his wishful thinking. No response from my inquiry yet. Why is it "a penny for your thoughts", but "here's my 2 cents worth"? Someone is making a penny here. (Steven Wright)
