OT- Chuzz, all my stock money is in IRA's, so the gain on TLAB is deferred. In fact I have a good problem- too much money in IRA's. I may need to tap some of it for a penalty to get my summer home from the DELL profits. I may just tap the ira to make the payments on the mortgage so I get the tax deduction. Any ideas??? Stock options- I am confused by the a GAAP treatment of them. They make sense, give employees motivation, but GAAP has changed the accouting over the years to the point where I do not give a damn!
