The Viasoft contract gives us a better perspective on what the general market is rather tha simply relying on the Pennystock estimate. We know at least one state now has determined to have
all its PC's checked. That means all states will probably decide likewise if they have not already. 52 x 30,000 = 1,560,000 PC market just for the state governments. Then there are all the other governments, not to mention businesses and personal users. Now we don't not have to rely on the Pennystocks estimate blindly. It could turn out to be a fairly accurate estimate based on little bit of collaboration. Even though the Viasoft product is not quite the same as 11th Hour's for size of market estimation they can be lumped into the same market. There could even be some overlap if some governments and businesses opt to use both products to have all the bases covered.
will be about the same.

Incidently I would guess one of the considerations for selecting Viasoft is that it is an Arizona company. States prefer local companies, all else being equal. Perhaps the 11th hour product could capture Florida and Pennsylvania this way.

Anyway it appears that Pennystocks was right in that this is a huge market. Just a small percentage at $25 a pop is a lot of sales.
