Exercise price GRDNW: $15.00, Expiration date: 5-13-1999 There's the answer above, but here is how in general to obtain warrant info. SEC filings (last 10-k) are the best place to start to find warrant info on a particular company, since it is in black&white. noddings.com has a list of the warrant universe (all warrants) and their terms is another resource. I'd say it is 99% accurate for the warrants listed. The exercise price for GRDNW there is listed as $5 which doesn't take into account the 3-1 reverse split in May 1997. Will email them so it gets corrected in the next list. If the info can't be found above, call the company. They should be more than willing to provide that info and other info that is publically available. Kurt
