John,
Thanks. My sole experience in computer stocks is Compaq. I have grown use to comparing compaq operations to other box makers. I think it is time to shift gears on performance comparisons. Compaq is now more then a box maker. Is my thesis of comparing Compaq operations to IBM or IBM type companies realistic? It is something I have been thinking about. Another poster brought up the idea and got little response if I remember correctly. What are your thoughts given your knowledge of IBM and the new Compaq?
