My take is that the Japanese markets will remain quite volatile. They will rally strongly on hints of reform, but will drop sharply whenever doubts are raised. A buy the dips strategy might be appropriate.

Yes, the US markets are crazy. Even crazier than 1929 or Japan in 1989. But a day of reckoning is not far off.
