I talked to Rick On Thursday. He said the shorting problem is being handled by an attorney who is well versed in this situation, Mr. Brodzick seems to have high regards for his talent.

As far as a time frame, when I asked , he said it should be "soon" and thats all he could say . He did say that when it happens it will be fast.

I hope he is right. Although I invested in this company because of its huge profit potential , this squeeze scenario is getting very interesting.
