By the sounds of it Charles, you didn't spread your risk at all. That is why you are so mad at Kilo and Keith McKenzie. You obviously put your faith (and maybe a large amount of money too)in that stock, and then got burned when it didn't do as well as the hype.

By the way, just so you don't think that you were the only investor taken in by the Kilo hype, I still happen to own a fairly large position in Kilo, heavily discounted now in the market from where I bought it! Among the many mistakes I made when I invested in Kilo was to put too much of my available cash into that stock all in one shot, without even checking out simlar plays. (I didn't know about the Slicon Investor back then!) I admit that I bet on a single horse, and lost! Am I mad at the company? No!!! I am responsible for my own investment decisions and have nobody else to blame, including the "friends" who got me into that stock in the first place.

My advice to you is to learn to live with your mistakes, and not get so wound up about loosing some of your investment. After all, if you can't afford to loose it, you should be speculating with it! If you want safer stocks, try the blue chips....

Since I believe that eventually someone will figure out the technology, I am still interested in these micro-fine gold plays. What I am trying to do now is learn from past mistakes (Kilo), and take a more balanced approach to investing in this emerging industry.
