I have read the S8 and I really don't believe that those shares had anything to do with this conflict. In fact, I haven't seen any evidence that those shares have even been issued. They appear to all be in the form of stock options that will be purchased from the company by people who are providing services to the company mostly related to the USGA deal. (attornies, advertising and consulting) There is still a chance that the SEC will be able to straighten all of this out in time to resume trading. I also believe that there is a chance that the SEC did not have a good reason to halt trading. I still believe that the people at the top of this company are good people and while there may have been naievity, there was no intentional deceipt. They are computer people, not smooth-talking corporate sharks. Hopefully we will get a clean bill of health next week and this will blow over. I am trying to remain optimistic because I am in this as deep as anybody.
