Hi, I just discovered TCBG 2 days ago and have been reading hundreds of past posts. I don't look for or buy BB stocks, but this company looks quite interesting. I really wish that I had some financial reports to research. The information that everyone has been putting out here has been very helpful in getting an idea as to what this company is about along with their website. I do have a couple of questions to ask before I call the IR.

1) With no earnings yet, how are they paying for these Volpak machines, and sponsoring the race team.( which I will watch on Sunday, thanks Cavalry.) Also if they are going to grow revenues at the pace they say, it is going to require a lot of working capital. I have heard it said a couple of times here that they have no debt. I am guessing that they still have quite a bit of IPO money.

2) What does it mean that TCBG has 1st right of refusal for Volpak's machines. Can anyone else buy these machines? Are these machines used only for the "rip it sip it" pouchs? I found the following company that is producing stand up pouchs with straws using the Volpak S-240 DF. The company name is Marsonn. Here is the link:

mhbizlink.com

3) What was the purpose of the stock dividend paid in May? This doesn't make any sense to me. They didn't receive any money from it and it dilutes future earnings. Their float is already large enough for Nasdaq listing.

The estimates given for revenues and earnings show an estimated 10.8% net profit margin. That would be quite remarkable. The Great Value brand products that will be produced for Walmart won't help out with those lofty margins. I own a stock now that produces a beverage that is the only one of its kind in the world and they have the opportunity to put their product in Walmart but won't because of the low margins in dealing with Walmart. There is a Winn Dixie right down the street from me so I will go there tomorrow and look for the Pak A Lunch products. If I find any I will post what I find.

Thanks for any answers.

Mark
