To any of the cube followers,

This may be common knowledge but something I don't exactly know:

Could you elaborate what is the grand scheme of things that c-cube sees ahead with divicom as a subsidiary? Divicom is a good revenue generator but how does divicom fit into any greater plan that cube has say for growth into the future.

C-cube as a fabless semiconductor company is good and divicom as a digital network equipment company is good but what do they mean together that is special and beyond just a sum of both parts? Also, how is this strategy then going to develop further?

Thanks in advance for the response.
