Doug, I think you are exactly correct, I don't know why but i believe the management of IPM wants IPM to fail, I have tried several times to get them to place IPM back on the bulletin and they have refused, using a different excuse each time. I believe IPM was destroyed from the inside and the outside working together. Paunch.
