There is also concern about how they're going to support current customers while shifting from AS/400 to a UNIX based system. There seems to be agreement that it's a good move but probably a painful one. At least that's the story from the analyst at Jeffries & Co. They downgraded Friday from Buy to Accumulate and cut target price to 49.

NationsBanc Montgomery started coverage with a Buy rating Friday.
