Zeev... it looks to me like you saw this thing coming and the funny thing is that what you wrote would have applied to thousands of otc/bb corporations. Often when you try to express your fears about what you feel the DD is saying, you are flamed by those who do not do their DD but love the stock because they like the name or because they got a hot tip off of the internet.
