The Max-Pain July'98 finalized Max-Pain options analysis graphs are available for viewing.

All of the July'98 puts went out worthless as the stock price settled during the week to almost close at $32.5, so the MMs didn't suffer too much pain this month.

In general, earnings report months seem to be too volatile for Max-Pain to be a good indicator at these times.
