Fundamentally, events seem to be moving in the right direction with both Olinghouse approval and financing in hand. In a technical sense, the stock has shared the trend with the entire precious metals group. I take it as a good sign that most of the gold and precious metals mutual funds have recently broken out of intermediate-term downtrends. See FSAGX, FDPMX for examples. I have held ALTA through the downtrend because it was not company-specific.
