On Friday, at 2:41 I tried to place a sell "market Order" at Waterhouse and kept getting - site contacted , waiting for ready until I finally at 2:55 could not get the last "place trade" page to open. I then opened and placed the same trade with DLJ- in and out within 3 minutes: An hour later I was able to get excess within 30 sec. at WHO (just to confirm). I contacted WHO and was told a TECH expert would contact me -that was friday. If these GOOF BALLS CAN'T HANDLE THE LOAD<quit the massive add campaign for new customers until they can! I have accounts at schwab,who,dlj and experience this BS sometime or other at each of them. PISSED
