Hearsay2,
In your post listed below you advised investors to get out of the stock because it is a loser. How is that different from investors on this thread advising other investors of the same thing? HDST management took the money and ran just like the stock you post talks about. Also like you said they may try it again if given the chance.

Why don't you guys get out of this loser stock while you still have
your shirts and move on over to PRWT? I got out at a buck and am
glad I did. You know that song ?"Go on take the money and run'???
That's exactly what management did...I wouldn't doubt it if they
would do it again when it drops down to .25 cents.
Sorry, but, it is the truth.

In this post you talk about negative posts forcing the stock price down so that other investors can buy low. Is this what your post is all about? I certainly hope this isn't the case?

**I would like to caution people reading this thread to search
the reasons why people are so negative. I see a bunch of people
that lost money.....shorting to average down and bad mouthing
as much as possible along the way. I do not doubt for one minute
that the company didn't take your offer. THEY are the management.
THEY run the show and make the decisions. You can't control a company
from the outside just because you are an investor, and things aren't
going the way you want them to.
You are just
angry because this company may have other plans, doesn't think you
need to know what they are right now.....{for them to know and you
to get a grip on it}.....and they don't want your advice.

You guys are doing a great job getting everyone
that you know to sell--What happens when they sell off and others
start buying because the price is cheap{?} I don't exactly believe
your reverse split hype either. You never know what a companies'
plans are. Maybe you will recover your money back, but all this
bad mouthing is just exposing you for doing just that and nothing
else.

In this post you talk about how "You can't trust some of them" referring to management. I agree with that 100%. This is the same thing that investors have voiced on this thread.

Nothing, absolutely nothing is for sure, for positive. And the
only reason anyone holding a stock would even mention that
DEADLY R WORD is because they want to scare others from buying
so that they can short.
I be leavin you guys now. I am not in with this
crowd, because I think shorting, especially group
manipulative shorting should be illegal.
Re:"I hope you make a fortune with this one........"
I never even said I was into this stock.
You assumed that too. My best advice for you is
to take what management says with a grain of sand...
unless they are your best friend--you can't trust
some of
them...they like to make you on pins and needles.

Please continue to post on this thread so that we can get a indepth prospective on your investing methods?
You suggested investing in PRWT.
I would like to suggest doing DD on AMGV you may find it an interesting investment? Your input on AMGV would be appreciated.
Have a good one.
John
