Question: when Baker & Taylor filed 144 to sell 350,000 shares of AMZN, the Yahoo finance site gives their "title" as "beneficial owner of 10% of company" .. If shares outstanding is 49,452,000 - does this mean that B&T owns over 5,000,000 shares pre-sale?? LP, I do not know for certain. I discussed it last week with my full service broker and he was not sure. We believe it has to be 5,000,000. Glenn
