from-DeSource-yahoo thread Pluvia "My key point was that you consistantly omit key issues of fact to make your points ! You never even once mentioned thier current financial position.

Not once did you mention their $40 million cash balance!

How convenient ! You simply focused on cash flow..... and kept pounding on it.

Your statement regarding cash flow is very naive.

Of course the television/cable side of the business is bleading cash ! It is development business! There are hundreds of development companies out there with a cash burn rate. They simply use cash from debt or equity underwritings ! And many of these turn into multi-billion $ cap companies. The skill required by these companies is called "cash management".

Do you think that technology or bio-tech companies start "day-one" with cash flow ? Where have you been ?

Any intelligent analyst would realize that the question is not a matter of whether they are burning cash or not, but rather the time and speed it takes to make this technology commercially viable while there is still sufficient cash on the balance sheet.

At its current rate, SRCM has enough for 18 months. Furthermore, if the public warrants are they will get another $24-$25 million dollars in cash. The sum of this cash would provide SRCM enough working capital for maybe a total of over 3 years.

As for your statement on the IT Network.. how could make that statement that revenues are constantly dropping ? The acquisitions were just completed within the last two quarters and there are no pro forma statements available for comparison.

So how could you make such a statement ? Hmmmmmm ?

Something smells here !

Pluvia.. I repeat.... talk is cheap.....get the facts... substantiate them.. Again... I
am not disagreeing with you totally.....I just think your approach is a little
"sleezy" for my taste ! If this is the typical way you report things then get a job
at the National Enquiror where slanting and half truths create such sensational
reading. Your talents could be put to better work there !

Have a nice day !!!"
