For what its worth, reading between the lines of starpoppers post suggests that the NETVA deal is falling apart. Item 1 (already happened)must have been the spinning off Spectrum into a separate business unit.

If this is the case and others have information as such, I would like to know since I just purchased NETVA shares to average down my CS cost.
