Janice, I just got back from a very relaxing vacation. Amazing that some things, the more they change, the more they are the same.
I noted in reading through the thread that BrandyBGood really did do some good DD by relating some of the facts about the land transfer to MTEI.
I did a little looking into Marc Tow and it is surprising what I found. I believe that this is the Marc Tow that Brandy was referring to, due to his extensive background in real estate foreclosures. If you think about it this reverse merger with IVCI would make a great deal of sense too.
In any event this Marc Tow from California seems that to be involved in auctioning and buying "tax lien" properties.
