That is what I am saying if you do not catch them in the act or their hand in the cookie jar or have black and white proof it is extremely difficult to prove anything. Of course as clear cut as it appears she was not caught red handed. She probably has someone to cast the blame on or something. People that break the law are excellent liars and fabricators. All you need is a liberal, fence rider, etc etc etc and you got it made. Why do you think attorneys hire jury consultants? People are strange. Prosecutors want intelligent analyical people of morals and standards and defendors want just the opposite. Welcome to the chore or jury selection. GB
