Tom, from what I remember Tandem did absorb some of the UB people. And also in 91-92 there was a thinning down of UB assests. I'll do some DD on the subject. 91-92 was a rough time for TDM and I took the advantage to retire early. Got tired of the 10-12 hr days/7days a week. I'm trying to figure out if CS would be a good fit for CPQ. Held 20,000 shares of TDM for four years waiting for a takeover. Three months after throwing in the towel CPQ took them over. Don't want to make the same mistake now.
