JACK and GARY said !
I did not get the video, but listened to the interviews with Jack and Gary, and it was fantastic, in regards to the format of the CLASSIC SERIES.
When Dave ask Jack if he enjoyed this type of format where the fans got to be upclose and personal with the players, Jack said "absolutely, I had a good time, it was fun." Dave ask him if he thought this type of format would work and he said "abosolutely, why wouldn't it?"
When interviewing Gary and asking him the same questions Gary said "this is a fantastic and an outstanding idea. The format and the business will do very well. The Classic Series name is a good name. Golf is the greatest game man ever invented. There is no substitute for personal contact. The name of the game is to be involved with the public, and that is what The classic Series is. Everybody was involved and part of everything, and it was beautiful. PGA golf donates 40,000,000.00 a year to charity (more than the NFL and the NBA combined) and businesses want to be associated with these types of businesses. The people involved with this company are nice guys and that is what businesses want to be involved with. Everyone was very happy. I was delighted to be a part, it was wonderful. I enjoyed the tournament immensely."
This is fantastic, that we can hear it from the players at the tournament. If you want to hear it for yourself, go to the web page and download it. It is worth the time.
