Well, buying something for back taxes is one thing, but to then turn around and flip them into a reverse merger to securitize them is something quite a bit different. It also castes serious doubt in my mind as to the real worth of the properties, if they ended up passing title just for the back taxes.

Do you feel so comfortable betting that property acquired for say a few dollars an acre will support the claimed valuations of several hundred million dollars? Surely there are good deals around, but this stretches my imagination that 62 pieces of property (or is it more?) could pass unnoticed by the energy savvy in West Virginia through tax lien transactions in the WV Auditors auctions.
