I think everyone that has posted on this thread has lost money in CAI(including John Spanos in at 3 5/8 recently, who really was the prophet who predicted the demise of this stock last summer). I know, it is hard to believe it when you are on the Titanic goin down ("say it ain't so"). Black Friday really did happen yesterday to CAI and how could BANX be so stupid as to throw away $500 million.
CAI has become the great equalizer-stock making us all losers! (I sold half my position yesterday and I'll keep the other half for Plan B.)

This whole mess can be blamed on BANX and doing a suit on CAI will only drive them into bankruptcy if they lose. To all, I know you are mad at JA, but CAI has enough left for a plan B and from the posts I've been reading, looks like there might be some BANX left overs by the end of the year. CAI needs to get a plan B out there pretty quick, and I think they know that - the BANX dream is over!. JA appears ready to start getting more news out now, this could help keep the stock active, but the Big intraday trading gap yesterday capping at 2.25 from 2.75 will weigh like a ton of bricks (this company will have to build a lot of credibility to get the price over 2 again). Liquidity and the Law suit are the main barriers
and also revealing plan B. CAI's tech. is very doable today! Now with BANX gone: CAI do it in 1997, or YOU are DONE!!!
