I confirm Bretts claim "Several of us have spoken to the VSE surveillance department who maintain that if Miller had resigned, the investigation would have continued separately, and SKB would have been relisted. "
I spoke to Surveillance and this is what I was told.

However Brett, I am concerned about the role Andre played in SKB as well.

I wouldn't touch AETI at this time......wait for the outcome of the lawsuit and the inevitable selling of the "nervous nellies".
