I just posted that as a general overview of the strange game of shorting stocks. Excessive focus on "the shorts" of course usually means that where there is smoke there is fire. Classic cases like OCCF and Solv-X. (aka Insolv-ent)

The media generally portray short sellers inaccurately. And they are generally too soft on deceitful companies until well after the fact. This was a case where both sides seem to be up to no good. I'm still betting Biovail will be less than meets the eye. Where there's smoke, there's fire. Guess we'll see how it all turns out someday.
