I think that the major problem for CMND is to be an IT company.

IT has traditionally been a low margin, fixed cost business. Only because of the recent Y2000 frenzy, many IT companies got a chance to go public and went sky-high.

If CMND could not even make money in such a frenzy, how do you expect it to make a lot of money in the future? And most of the cashes CMND got are from IPO proceedings. And CMND does not have a good track record for being a profitable business in the past.

I do believe that CMND's price will be depressed for quite a while. Particularly after it opens a door for lawsuits. Sorry for being negative on it.
