If you have specific issues that you would like to vote on at the Annual General Meeting, there is a certain period of time you have to submit them as addenda to the agenda if I'm not mistaken. I have seen this in operation at other AGMs; failing that, if it's simply a matter of asking questions, write them down days before the meeting, talk about them with the other SI folks so there is no duplication and wasting of time at the meeting and then STEP UP TO THE MIKE,,,,, NO, RUN TO THE MIKE,,,,ERRRRR,,,RUN MIKEY RUN! Anyway, you get my point; it isn't often we get to question Michael Dell in an open forum and we must make optimal use of the Q&A session at any and all AGMs. |
