Good morning Bachman,

That's quite an impressive array of important questions. Perhaps we should send a letter to IR asking the company to address these and other issues. Or perhaps we could have you accredited as a securities analyst and you could meet directly with the brass. I'm sure you would ask much more penetrating questions than the bulk of "analysts" covering Dell.
