I'm sure the merger vote will go through, but I'd just like to see how much weight we'll have when it comes to approving or defeating a proposed reverse split. If the company knew that the shareholders strongly opposed such action, perhaps they'd pursue other options more vigorously.

I'd just like to see who is interested in ROTI longer term, so that when they do mail proxy forms to us, we can discuss any points of concern or confusion.
