What do you think will be the next step? Confirmed reports from their 98 summer drilling program to support the report done in the 70's? Joint Venture? I think that the real value of the stock will show itself once the fundamentals are established. That is what will attract the interest of investors which will eventually push out the shorts. Can someone tell me if IKAR outright owns the property in Tajikistan?
