Earnings are fabricated so EPS reported gains are irrelevant. Earnings at the TAD unit have dropped for two consecutive quarters, as Mr. Pink has pointed out numerous times. The share repurchase is a fraud. They announce the repurchase and don't do it. Anyway, even if they did repurchase shares it would be extremely dilutive to book value per share and slightly dilutive to earnings. Darby owned plenty of CCSI and that has turned out to be a fraud.
