Tonyt....the "weird" thing about the dilution is the market has been aware of it all along (with Ontak). One stock I like a lot is Dura Pharmceuticals because IMHO their management is excellent, they are making money and in a very good position to make a lot more. LGND is kind of "fuzzy" to me. Their area of research is something I like, but if the mgmt is poor, if they have problems capitalizing on their pipeline.... they could go the way of SRGN. Any opinions about how LGND is managing the business?? JO
