Mr Forthright: Isn't it just the age old story-- whether to defend yourself against ('apparent')libel or to soldier on and put these things behind you! Only Westfort can decide, so I will leave it up to them & wait and see what they decide.

That said, there is nothing like a gaggle of oil/gas and a low extraction cost to make all these diversions go away in a heartbeat.

Personally, I don't think this is a TSE issue-- its all about the credibility of a Mr Niel Maedel vs Mr Hutchins-- and you already have my opinion.

On another issue-- someone asked about when Mr N.M recommended Pennaco. Answer, it was in the second half of his News Rag on the Ides of July-- right after putting the knife into WT. A clear "Night vs Day" attempt.

His first sentence into the Pennaco lead in is:
" While WT's shares are more than fully valued. PNEG is trading at a deep discount to its likey future value". Interesting what!
