Dan, unfortunately I threw out the issue without keeping that article. I really wish I had saved it. You could probably get it from the library. I still subscribe to Bloomberg, but I have long since lost my access code and I can't seem to get it from them. I think a subscriber can go online and get old articles. I will try again to get my access code. What troubled me was that, it seemed at the same time we were issuing these floorless convertibles, we were buying back stock and paying a dividend. Why didn't we use that money instead of issuing these convertibles. While I didn't like MZ's style, I am beginning to see what he was talking about. Jewel
