Ball peen: I just found that LCOS was mentioned in an article "Fall internet world '96 exibitor previews" (Business Wire, Dec. 3 1996). "Lycos Inc., the Web's premier search and navigation hub, will reveal a series of new product announcements at Fall Internet world '96 in New York City Dec. 11-13. The new products and services, to be developed in conjunction with new corporate partners, will target businesses and business internet users". This news may be account for the stock move. Fuza.
