Apparently none of the drill holes that were pulled from the LAB property were ever assayed. But, if you review the old news releases from the companies it says that they had hit massive sulphides and "leopeard troctolite" which apparently is considered a great host for nickel. (please correct me if I am wrong, I do not know much about geology!!) Is it at all possible that they could come out with more surprise news from the work programs in 1996 with assays!! I may be totally wrong. The funny thing is that they did all this drilling and they were giving constant updates and then nothing for over 1.5 years. (I just went back to review these news releases in Stockwatch again, and it seems that they have disappeared. Am I going crazy? I remember reading them about 2 weeks ago and now any NR with any discussion about what they had found is not there.)It just seems kind of funny that they would do all this work and hit massive sulphides but not have any assay work done on the cores. It is also funny that they would just now release that after re-examining the cores in 1996 they have found new data. Did it really take them that long to interpret results??? If so, what else did they conveniently forget to mention about their past work program?? Who knows??
