Guido? As in Guido Sarducci? Does he know Father E.? Or is Guido a cute threat when combined with "He would give you a whole new meaning of the term short?" Scott, I think that the broker that GV referred to may be the tip of a once large iceberg. Whoever told you the PRst "story" may have also been part of that same iceberg. You may be also, but I still think of you and the company as victims rather than as perps. Remember that scam artists always pick on a company/stock which is LEGITIMATE (PRst is legitimate, no argument there) with some sort of promising FUTURE technology (like PRst's). That way there is sufficient time to get out and it is harder to prove that there was a scam. You are becoming stuck with the stock at the time when the scam is about ending. Sorry.
