EARNINGS WARNING?

Could Motro's statement made on June 25... "Infoseek is willing to sacrifice short term profit for long term potential."... be a veiled Earnings Warning for Quarter 2, or will the accounting trick of "One Time Charge" be used to pacify an adverse investor reaction?
