Greetings All,

I have been a SUNW worshipper for about 2 1/2 years now and am very happy with my investment. Using a specific investing technique, I have managed to retrieve all my original cash and now sit with a few shares of Sun that are totally "free". I plan on holding these shares for the next 30 years or so, and don't worry about the day to day fluctuation in price.

I have first hand knowledge of the instability of NT and am sure that others have had the same experiences though you don't hear too much about it.
I am surprised at how little attention Sun gets for being the only large scale vendor with a y2k compliant O/S. In the near future, with y2k issues gaining increasing attention, this may become somewhat of an issue. Has everyone checked out MSFT's "year 2000 " website? It appears they have some "issues" with about 100 of their programs. The backlash from that alone could be significant in the next couple years.

Anyway, good luck to the longs and congratulations to Sun for a job well done in making the earnings in this difficult environment.
Just look at all the big companies who aren't making their numbers and having their expectations scaled back.
Also, to the analyst who downgraded Sun a few weeks back, (PW I think), I'm glad you are not my financial advisor.

Good investing to all and remember to take some profits on the way up.
