i have a question, i am long orcl but everyone seems to be coming out with superior databases next to orcl. msft has or will be coming out with something. my point is, is this pretty much a 1 product company? i know they have a few other small business here and there but is orcl going to turn into an ibm, an allmost 1 product business in the 80's (mainframe computers) and saw its stock go from 160 down to 50. sometimes intc does not sell the fastest cheapest or even best processors but the name "intel" at least amounts for something when it comes to brand loyalty or use by other computer makers that put intels chips in their computer. hope orcl is in the same position. i did some checking out on orcl's stock and when it goes down, it appears to go down in 16% increments on the big moves from the high. from a high of 51, orcl appears that it may go down to the 43 area if it continues its down turn. i did not spend a whole lot of time configuring this but if someone else that has more detailed info than me would like a crack at then go right ahead. thanx mark
