Further to Pluvia's answer to your question regarding the warrants: In addition to the terms he described, the warrants are callable if the common closes =>$20/sh for 20 consecutive days.

Think about that for a moment. If this stock closes above 20 for 11 more days, the company can force holders to exercise their warrants and benefit from a $40MM cash infusion.

If the stock drifts down toward $20, watch for a new round of rumors.
