Thanks Jon for pointing out I was on the wrong thread:
On July 9, you said "Here is what I found out from Ira A Monas this afternoon: Two Major Investors, ARE going to buy many shares of HVAR...once the volume begins to pick up."
On July 15, you said "I would expect each one of the major investors, to buy upwards to 1MM shares. Most likely...they will start buying this afternoon, or tomorrow morning."
I am curious as to how HVAR management feels about this type of "under the table" inside information being exchanged between Monas, yourself and SI. How about the SEC?
Have any long term HVAR investors called management about these specific comments (among others)? If so, what was their response? It sure doesn't sound like responsible company public relations to me.
Buddy
PS:
Today you said: "Anything that I posted on SI, that came from somebody at the company....anybody would of found out if they talked with them."
Anybody long on HVAR, please call the company, see if they will acknowledge the report about the two major investors! I would advise you pressure them on this issue, because if it is not the company line, there should be an investigation.
Of course Monas is not "at the company", so Jon can wiggle out of that one also. However, as an HVAR public relations agent, he has a due responsibility to release only company information authorized by management or that is already public.
The above comments can only be construed as efforts to manipulate the stock price. I cannot believe the company will back it. |
